Request club verification
Provide details for an independent club official, who must verify your association and safeguarding evidence. The official's confirmation does not automatically approve your account. Do not enter information about children.
How approval works
1. You submit a request to an independent club official.
2. The official checks your identity, club affiliation, DBS and safeguarding evidence.
3. A Football Brain administrator independently reviews the evidence and makes the final decision.
4. Child records remain restricted until all required checks and guardian approvals are satisfied.
