Family Accounts
One parent email. Separate profiles for each child. Secure six-digit PINs protect player selection, while adults manage consent and account settings.
Parent sign-in
Parents manage guardian verification, PINs and access permissions here.
Player sign in
Children with guardian approval can sign in directly using their Football Brain username and six-digit PIN.
Set up your family
Please confirm your parental responsibility before adding child profiles. This declaration does not replace Football Brain's independent safeguarding verification.
Your family
Parents can add up to 10 child profiles. Each child has their own PIN. Only the signed-in parent can manage these profiles.
Add a child
School year sets the starting age-group programme automatically. School-year mapping may differ outside England and Wales.
Enter player PIN
Enter this child's six-digit PIN. After five incorrect attempts, the PIN is locked for 15 minutes.
This child has their own family profile. Their PIN has been verified by Football Brain's secure server.
Your own Development Academy, progress, XP and coach assignments appear below after unlocking with your PIN.
Guardian-managed coach access
Only a verified guardian can authorise a verified coach. The coach needs their Football Brain account ID. Revoking permission immediately prevents further family assignment access.
